Technical Service Engineer

General Qualifications:

Preferably 3-5 years of work experience at technical servicing at field and online
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Free to travel in abroad
Have an Engineering University degree, preferably Biomedical, Electronic, Mechanical
Should have driving license
Must have good knowledge of fields such as word, ppt, excel, mail, skype, photo editing
Working experience in testing or handling medical devices – preferably
Strong communication and presentation skills, problem solving skills
Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines

Job Description:

Experienced on Medical device maintenance, technical servicing
Engineer will be involved in testing of our medical devices and preparation of corresponding manuals
Performing final testing testing or handling medical devices
Communicate with technical team of the country distributors, and give necessary support remotely
Visit the international market users or distributors, when they need technical training, assistance or installations
Executes technical corrective actions
Performs corrective repairs and maintenance visits
Provides technical training to distributors after installation
Installs, repairs, upgrades and performs preventative maintenance of the LMB equipment
Understand customer’s needs and problems (application, technical) and arrange necessary actions to create the appropriate solutions
Maintains a high level of professional communication with their team, customers, management, Sales and Technical Support
Creating and maintaining brochures, user and service instructions
Tracking and filing complaints
Sales support around tender requests
Verification and validation of new and redesigned assemblies and devices
