Head of Production and Infrastructure Management Country Serbia

(Main areas: Production Concept, Production Technology, Operational Excellence, Production Engineering, Production Preparation, Facility Management)

Your tasks:

• Ensure implementation of standard production and infrastructure organization and skills for department in plant
• Successfully planning and roll out production concept at Country Production Facility level
• Compliance with the applicable statutory, collectively agreed, company rules and safety regulations
• Ensure application of governance for production concept at Country Production Facility level in line with product/project archetypes according to Leoni Standard
• Transparency of Plant Project portfolio to identify deviations from project planning (costs, time, quality) regarding production concept
• Capability and capacity in the Country Production Facility to enable continuous improvement activities through the operational excellence methodology
• Response for country level production performance, footprint development & construction project in country
• Complies the tasks with deadlines and fulfills the quality requirements
• Manage planning activities of spare parts stock budget, for investments budget regarding production equipment replacements and Production and infrastructure (PAI) machineries.
• Ensure required performance of PAI processes, construction, release and maintenance of production equipment and tools.
• Complies with the Production Standards in accordance to operation excellence
• Implements the footprint development and business placement which under production management guideline
• Provide sufficient deputy capabilities in local Production and Infrastructure organization

Your skills:

• University degree – preferably engineering
• Advanced Manufacturing Technologies
• Minimum 5 years of equivalent professional and leadership experience
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement tools
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
• Responsible, systematic and proactive approach
• Willingness for worldwide business traveling
• Determination, self-motivated and flexible
