• Work closely with team in order to fully understand resource planning, recruitment requirements and company development strategy
  
• Actively research trends in IT jobs market and local community
  
• Develop short- and mid-term branding/public relations and recruiting plans
  
• Determine target groups and most efficient communication channels
  
• Prepare job advertisements in order to attract best matching candidate
• Synchronize social network activities, advertising and overall visibility of the company
• Organize internal and external events, meetups, conference and fair presentation

Must have skills

• Familiarity with IT community and market
  
• Experience with recruiting process
  
• Profound understanding of influence of different communication channels (direct approach, social networks, articles, meetups…)
  
• Marketing and branding expert
  
• Fluent in English language
  

Highly recommended skills

• Experience in event organization
  
• Relevant university diploma
  
• Ready to travel
