We are looking for an IT Support Technician/Administrator who would handle L1 and L2 support and perform the following tasks:

  • Installation/Configuration of application on Workstations & Laptops & Devices
  • Break/fix, configuration issues & hardware repair
  • Configuration of printers/scanners
  • Any kind of troubleshooting on workstations (OS & Application level)
  • Gathering and analyzing information about user issues and determining the best way to resolve the problems
  • May escalate to IT applications support
  • Ticket routing and escalation to Level 3 support as appropriate
  • Creating Users & Groups in Active Directory
  • Resetting passwords
  • Managing groups in Active Directory
  • Creating MBX and Distribution Lists on Exchange
  • Administration of server applications (Antivirus, Backup Solutions)
  • Develop and create documentation and support materials
  • Train other staff and stakeholders on technical issues as needed
  • Perform other related tasks


Ideally, skills, experiences and education we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of help desk and IT operations experience
  • English proficiency (oral and written)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information systems or related discipline


Please note that regular work hours for this position are Monday through Friday noon-8pm Belgrade time.
