As an Acquisition Manager in the Operations team, you will be responsible for building a supply structure, framing your city and engaging with potential couriers (glovers, as we like to call them). The Glovers are a key player in Glovo's marketplace and you will need to ensure the long-term sustainability of the fleet, as well as its daily performance.


You will:

  • Be the owner of the entire lifecycle of the courier.
  • Be accountable for acquisition, retention, engagement and NPS metrics
  • Develop the top of the funnel, conversion, engagement and retention strategies.
  • Lead the analysis and segmentation of our couriers.
  • Work closely with the team to help them solve their issues
  • Manage a team. You will hire, train and mentor them.
  • Run experiments and A / B tests.
  • Understand local needs, and put yourself in the skin of the Glover - understand who they are and why they are in the funnel.
  • Understand, deep-dive, have control and improve supply status and quality to ensure we deliver operational excellence and great customer experience.
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyzes.
  • Implementation, standardization and execute processes across all cities in the region.
  • Contribute towards continuous improvement of global operations through out-of-the-box thinking.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar preferred
  • 2+ years' experience and demonstrated past achievements in a fast-paced Supply Chain or Operations / Corporate Finance / Consulting or related experience
  • Experience in on-demand delivery is a plus
  • Analytical skills are a must
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Results oriented, autonomous and efficient
  • Leadership - you can motivate your teammates. You're great at making tough decisions in the sea of ​​ambiguity and keeping everyone on track
