Responsibilities and work tasks:

  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Leader of HACCP Team
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
  • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
  • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
  • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
  • Control and verification of all tests performed on raw materials and final products
  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Responsible for document management systems
  • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to general managers on performance
  • Awareness of regulatory requirement and customer service expectations.
  • Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out
  • Identify training needs and recommendations to improve QMS
  • Preparing and analyzing information for the purpose of Management Review
  • Cooperation with Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry for Environmental Protection, Ministry of Forreign Afffairs and respective inspections
  • Ensuring products comply with legislation (in each country in which is exported) and quality assurance codes

Requirements:

  • University degree in technology, chemistry, veterinary or related profession
  • VII degree


Working experience:

  • Minimum five years of work on similar jobs in the international environment companies
  • CERTIFIED MANAGER FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - Certificate No: QM/17/0096
  • CERTIFICATE FOR FOOD MICROBIOLOGIST
  • CERTIFICATE FOR INTERNAL AUDITOR (HACCP AND ISO)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
  • Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
  • Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
  • Product and industry-specific experience


Work experience

  • Minimum 5 years on the similar positions
