Responsibilities and work tasks:

  • Negotiating terms of purchase with suppliers;
  • Active research of the procurement market and proposing new suppliers;
  • Creating a procurement plan (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) based on the needs of all sectors of the Company;
  • Procurement of goods from suppliers;
  • communication with suppliers;
  • Entering data on suppliers, articles and packages into the information system;
  • Reporting;
  • finding an optimal supplier offer based on multi-parameter analysis (eg price, delivery time, payment terms, etc.);
  • Keeping records of orders and tracking the delivery deadlines in the Company's business software;
  • Participation in the creation and implementation of procurement contracts;
  • Tracking the delivery;
  • active focus on reducing the Company's costs;
  • Correspondence with freight forwarders in the country and abroad;
  • Organization of international transport of goods;Implement all necessary actions for obtaining licenses for importing raw materials and extending existing ones;
  • Cooperation with relevant Ministries;
  • Active monitoring of changes, harmonization and implementation of internal procedures with legal changes related to the procurement process;
  • Respects the documents and procedure SRPS ISO 9001: 2015 and HACCP;
  • Performs other tasks at the director's order.


Requirements:

Type of professional qualification

  • Higher or high degree of economic, traffic or purchasing management direction

Degree of professional education

  • VI or VII degree

Working experience

  • Minimum three years of work on similar jobs in the international environment companies

Knowledge and work ability

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office package, Internet, NAV, Java, other software required for everyday business of the company)
  • Proficiency in English and / Recommendable Italian
