Margin Sales Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, periodic) by different categories;
• Ad hoc reports - for the needs of the company and meetings with external key beneficiaries;
• Preparations for commercial meetings - preparation and analysis of data, active participation in meetings, preparation of presentations as needed, presentation of achievements through advanced tools;
• Assistance in budgeting (based on various distribution, sales and marketing parameters, business visions and compliance with the strategy);
• Analyses of key sales elements (pricing policy, new products, delisting, cannibalization, deepening the range);
• Analysis of reports and indication of existing trends;
• Individual approach to each sales program, understanding of the portfolio and specifics of brands;
• Sales force support (different levels in the sales organization);
• Assistance, analysis and consulting in the adoption of monthly and annual sales plans;
• Distribution of goals according to sales channels, customers;
• Lowering goals to the rest of the organization - redistribution of defined goals in accordance with the strategy and inputs
• Active participation in the implementation of Business Intelligence tools in regular reporting and analysis;
• Education of the organization - trainings and trainings as needed;
• More efficient and effective reporting through process optimization;

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, Economy, FON;
• Work experience in the same or similar jobs – 1 – 3 years;
• Advanced computer skills;
• Knowledge of English language;
• Knowledge in the field of economics and finance;
• Initiative - to be ready for different challenges;
• Team spirit - working in a team, creating synergy through working together;
• Flexibility - adapting to changes in the organization and team;
• Understanding portfolios and brand specifics;
• Support to sales strategy (different levels in the sales organization);
• Accuracy and precision.
