Job description:
Support for IT SO Customer systems (according to the service agreements), resolving and routing as appropriate, supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to their customer requirements
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Knowledge of at least one of these RDBMS (ORACLE, DB2)
Knowledge of SAP basis - NetWeaver environment
Knowledge of Unix like systems (AIX, HP-UX, Linux)
Knowledge of EP/XI/PI/BI/SCM is an advantage
Knowledge of SAP Functional modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) is an advantage
Knowledge of Tivoli Storage manager and Tivoli Workload Scheduler is welcome
Mandatory Production Skills:
Performance analysis
STMS configuration and administration
Language installations
Client copy, deletion
SPS Upgrade
Install and maintain add-ons
Configure CCMS and Solution Manager Database Administration
OS administration
Manage SAP landscape configuration documentation
Early Watch Alert application
Analysis Backup and recovery procedures implementation
Language skills:
Knowledge of English (advanced)
Knowledge of French is an advantage
Additional Candidate requirements:
Experience in - customer supporting service
Ability to work in 2 - shift time model
At least 2 years experience in SAP
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in SAP
English: Intermediate
Preferred:
Master's Degree
