Junior Software Developer / System Administrator
Location: Belgrade
The Junior Software Developer / System Administrator will be responsible for:
Providing support in the development of specialized software for clients
Provide infrastructure support to the company
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Degree in information technologies
At least 2 years of experience in software development or programming
Working knowledge and experience in at least two of the following programming languages: C++, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby
Sound knowledge of relational databases (both administration and query building), preferably MySQL and/or PostgreSQL
Strong background in Linux administration, especially installation, scripting
The following qualifications will be considered an advantage
Experience with latest Web technologies (XHTML, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Web Services)
Sound knowledge of JavaScript and associated development libraries such as jQuery
Knowledge of any web application framework (e.g. ruby on rails, django, yii)
Experience with Java Enterprise Edition
Knowledge of the reporting tools BIRT, JasperReports
Knowledge of IP networking and VoIP (SIP, asterisk)
