Geze d.o.o. Zrenjanin is expanding company and we are looking for experienced Tool Design Engineer. Creative and progressive thinking is required. Good communication skills which will enable the engineer to exchange tooling ideas with project managers and external partners.
We are looking for:
Modifying existing and developing new tools in the way to use tooling standards and to reduce production costs
Testing tools and processes
Advise on corrective actions with respect to tooling issues
Investigates design related issues and develops effective solutions
Conduct detailed design and develops Design Tooling solutions for detail components
Liaise with Tool fabrication
Prepare technical drawings and solid models
Reviews, recommends, coordinates design, drawing changes activity with suppliers, other Company disciplines and coordinates activities between production and engineering
Giving suggestions for making tools at the request of production
Reworking, preparation and monitoring project documentation
Makes improvements in tool design to prevent future problems
Essential Requirements:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years in tool design experience
Excellent knowledge of English (German is a plus)
Experience with 3D design, product development and tooling design - Cocreate (PTC) or other modeling software (Catia, Pro-Engineer etc.)
Proven technical problem solving ability
Strong mechanical design skills
Creative thinker
Microsoft Office experience
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in an international team environment
