Manager for Crop Protection Program

Job description:
Organizing, planning and responsible for fulfillment of plans in respect to plant protection program
Monitoring and analysis of the market conditions and advising changes in sales strategy and introducing new sales channels.
Is involved in predictions, price policy, ordering of goods from foreign suppliers and managing stock of plant protection products
Managing, control and assisting of the field sales force in reaching sales targets
Managing key account and contracting
Participating in bids, preparing necessary documentation and managing bid process
Is involved in key presentations and provides necessary technical support to farmers
Is involved in research and development programes, finding gaps on the market and introducing new products
Will have communication with Plant Protection Institute, Agricultural Faculty and other government institutions in assisting registration process.
Will be involved in field trial organization and monitoring
Assists sales director in business decisions. Reports directly to sales director.
Requirements:
From adequate candidate we expect:
University degree in agricultural engineering, field crop protection program
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in agriculture. Sales experience would be treated as an asset.
Good knowledge of the market in plant protection industry
Has experience or potential of managing people
Experience in making business plans and budgeting
English language and knowledge of MS Office programes
Redy of occassional traveling abroad and within the country
Driving license
