Our client is an international company – a leader in system integration and support sector. The company is in a process of expanding its Sofia based team and is looking for:
Support Specialists with German
for Sofia
Main responsibilities:
To provide customer technical and non-technical support in regards to the products of the company
To analyse customers issues and to find the best solutions
To supervise a limited number of small client accounts
To provide and manage the resolution of all incoming incidents allocated to you
Main requirements:
Fluency in German language is a must
Very good command of English language
IT education or previous IT background is highly recommended
Excellent knowledge in MS Office
Fast-learning person with analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Professional experience in customer service environment would be a big advantage
Readiness to relocate to Sofia
