Software Testing Engineer
Candidate profile:
We are looking for a person with drive and ambition to make a difference. You should be creative, energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented. You should be able to face a challenging work environment and handle short deadlines. You must be team oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Assignments will involve
Develop, design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
Tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software
Interpret error reports from clients, track the problem/defect and document accordingly
Writing internal and external project documentation
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
Use different tools for testing
Requirements
Higher or incomplete higher education in computer engineering
PC skill: Advanced user
Basic knowledge of HTML, XML
Good written and spoken English, ability to reading professional literature / documentation
Work experience as a tester or software developer is an asset
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Advantages
Knowledge and experience in Software testing
Knowledge of some high level programming language like C#
Conditions
Trial period: 3 months
The training period will last for 2-3 weeks; the duration will largely depend on skills and experience.
