Customer Service Export Specialist
(m/f)
Main responsibilities:
Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the customers in Export
Receiving sales orders from Export customers, process it within the agreed time frames and follow-up on any issues that arise during the process
Coordinating process from order to delivery with all other departments involved;
Effective communication with the customer regarding any changes to the order, the requested and planned delivery date/time and delivery issues;
Responsible for receiving, follow-up, resolving and executing the resolutions of claims;
Optimizing orders where logistical effi ciency is required (full trucks, full pallets).
