One of our international clients is an IT company specialized in software development for clients from various industries mainly in Germany and Switzerland. The company has own development center in Belgrade for where we are looking for:
Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
Main responsibilities:
Modeling, programming and optimization of the back-end development
Co-development of the system-architecture
Development and integration of new features into existing application
Development of new functions and usability improvement of existing ones.
Main requirements:
B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Profound knowledge of Ruby on Rails and hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails projects
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, jQuery, SASS/HAML, Git, RSpec und Cucumber
Experience with CSS, web services background-processes and NoSQL is a plus
Familiar in Apache and Linux environment, architecture-scaling of high-traffic portals
Fluent written and spoken English
Knowledge of German language will be considered an advantage.
