Job description:
In charge of legal activities in the domain of the company and privatization process (good knowledge of the Company Law, Privatization Law, Labor Law, etc.),
Taking care of all legal policies, issues and risk factors of the company,
Effectively looking on to organizational, legal proceedings and securing the company from all risks,
Participating in certain business transactions as well as corporate negotiations,
Preparation of agreements, contracts and participation in organizing shareholders assemblies,
Examination and verification of all documents related to transactions and review of reports,
Forming legal policies of the company and also suggests changes if required in any of the company's policies,
Actively participate in mergers, acquisitions, purchases and many others,
Representing the company in front of the court and other competent authorities,
Actively using English language in writing reports on daily bases for the Supervisory board of the company, as well as corresponding with the partners and colleagues abroad.
Requirements:
College degree, Faculty of Law
Passed Bar exam
Team oriented with good interpersonal skills
Persistent with excellent time management skills and detail oriented
Two to three years at a law firm or comparable experience is required
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficient in IT literacy
