HR Solution is a company part of a group of companies with more than 10 years of experience in IT Assessment and Recruitment in Europe. We would like to expand our team in Belgrade. We are glad to inform you about our internship program for HR Consultants in the company.
You will be involved in the following processes:
Accomplishing the whole recruitment process (pre-screening, interview and post-interview process)
Analyzing job profiles and creating job advertisements
Day-to-day communication both with candidates and clients of the company
Main requirements:
Last year student (Bachelor or Master studies) or fresh graduate
Very good command of English language, fluency of second language (preferably German) is a great plus
Strong interest to develop in the field of Human Resources field (assessment and recruitment)
Smart, loyal and well organizet person with very good communicative and interpersonal skills
We will offer you:
One month specialized training in Sofia, Bulgaria (covered transport, accommodation, etc.)
