We are looking for a candidate who will join us in the position:
Human Resources Administrator
Registering new employees with government institutions (Pension and Social Fund)
Ensuring that organization and employee related records are accurate, accessible and secure and in compliance with relevant privacy regulations
Managing Employee information, time and attendance
Gathering data and participation in implementation of projects related with Employee Service activities
Preparation of the reports in relation to the HR field (KPI tracking)
Creating Purchase requisitions for HR/ADMIN
Minimum 2 years of experience on similar jobs
A good knowledge of Serbian labour law
Highly developed communication skills
Attention to details and initiative
English knowledge (spoken and written)
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
SAP knowledge is an advantage
