Responsibilities:

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls and verifying information
  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Provide customers with product and service information related to pharmaceutical products
  • Ability to handle daily call volume (outbound and inbound calls)
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures


Required qualifications:

  • High school or University degree
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience
  • Spanish is a big plus
