Responsibilities:

  • Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems
  • Identifying sales and retention opportunities, and presenting an all-inclusive solution to retail clients
  • Execution campaigns through outbound contacts to customers
  • Implementing proven sales and service techniques to build customer relationships, enhance the customer’s buying experience, retain customers, and exceed customer care commitments
  • Following operational procedures in every contact with the customer


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales-minded work approach
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of financial markets and products is a plus
