Job description and responsibilities:

  • Selling long-term memberships to companies by identify new business opportunities and maintain existing once
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan I order to increase selling opportunities among prospecting B2B clients around fitness center facilities
  • Utilizing profitable sales plans to reach set targets of sold memberships
  • Developing new business opportunities and managing existing B2B clients
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales process (funnel) and how to track and report each step in the process
  • Continuously researching the market to identify new business opportunities or improve the existing ones
  • Be able to set up sales campaigns directly targeting potential B2B clients both online and offline
  • Active cooperation with Marketing Team in order to ensure right activates are being pushed and communicated online
  • Ensuring right equipment and tools are being set-up, such as: Sales Broacher; Posters; Fliers; Presentations; E-mail templates; etc.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn and Bisnode


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of services (preferably in insurance industry)
  • University degree is preferred
  • Experience with face to face communication with clients
  • Excellent communication skills both in oral and written
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
