Sales and Service Specialist

On behalf of our client, Contact Service d.o.o, global contact center outsourcing company, we are looking for a motivated candidate to successfully fulfill the position of:

Sales and Service Specialist

Place of work: Belgrade

Job description and responsibilities:

• Effectively responding to customer requests by phone, email and/or chat
  
• Placing outbound calls to follow up with existing customers
  
• Serving customers by providing product and service information
  
• Making reservation for 5-star hotels in various locations
  
• Keeping daily contact with luxury hotels and resorts Worldwide
  
• Handling customer complaints and resolving the issues effectively
  
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level, US English preferred
  
• Spanish language preferred but not required
  
• Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers
  
• Sales and customer service orientation
  
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  
• Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
  
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  
• Minimum high school diploma
  
• Advanced PC literacy
  
• Six months experience in a similar position desired
  
• Ability to work in shifts - afternoon, late evening and weekends
