Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company recruitment, performance management & employment cycle changes end to end
  • Day to day running of the Corporate by developing budget, building a yearly HR plan in terms of recruitment, consolidating staff’s Personal Development Plan
  • Human Resources support to all staff including recruitments, introduction for new staff and End of Employments
  • Advertising on social media (Facebook/LinkedInetc.) and publishing ads
  • Work closely with the Regional Human Resources agencies
  • Keeping up to date with Local Labor Law and FCO policy and updating management, policy and staff accordingly


Required qualifications:

  • 2 years working experience as a HR manager or as a Team Leader in the on-line industry / recruitment companies that specializes in recruiting sales representatives
  • Excellent English skills -verbal & writing
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience in managing full recruitment cycle
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
