Director / Senior Corporate Finance Manager m/f

Place of employment: Belgrade

Main responsibilities:

• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
• Manages and monitors bookkeeping and financial operations
• Manages processes for financial forecasting, budgets and reporting to the Management
• Verifies financial reports and analysis on a quarterly and yearly basis for the partners according to IFRS and for the local authorities
• Cash flow management
• Risk management
• Analyzes the business and propose new financial systems and models that shall improve overall business and revenues results
• Provides executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
• Provides recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
• Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with IAS, IFRS and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
• Communication, cooperation and coordination with banks and other financial institutions as well as with competent authorities related to financial issues
• Performing other jobs at the order and instruction of the CFO, in accordance with the needs of work processes and the organization of work and business activities of the Employer

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, CPA or ACCA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within Real Estate industry
• Proven experience with managing at least 10 employees
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Fluent knowledge of English language
• Strong computer and database skills
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills and result orientation
• Responsible and decision-making capabilities
• Making sure that all processes are done and deadlines are met
• High level of integrity, people management skills
