Digital Sales Coordinator and Content Creator m/f

Job description and responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a strategic plan in order to increase selling opportunities online around fitness center products and services
  
• Utilization of profitable sales plans to reach set targets of sales online
• Using digital channels in order to assist offline sales plans and campaign
• Creating leads and converting them into actual sales opportunities
• Tracking and responding to Internet and website leads
• Monitoring incoming e-mails, phone calls, etc. from website and referral services
• Developing client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead
• Content creation for the different social media channels
• Constantly working on digital campaigns to increase up-selling of memberships and to cross-selling of different product and services offered by the company
• Presenting campaigns and project plans with clear budgeting and targets
• Showing deep understanding of traffic generation, atomized re-targeting, customized re-targeting, and conversion metrics
• Creating cost/sales analysis
• Maintaining comprehensive and up to date knowledge of product and services

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience on similar positions
• Experience in using digital channels for sales, such as: Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Experience in setting up sales processes online using different social media channels and the website
• Deep understanding of Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel
• Deep understanding of how to increase the budget parallel with increased sales
• Experience in Photoshop is a plus
