Main responsibilities:

  • Manning the front desk
  • Answering phone calls andmailing correspondence
  • Performing work related errands
  • Handling with suppliers
  • Providing service for the various departments in the company
  • Welcoming new employees
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies


Required qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent English skills - verbal & writing
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills
  • Multitasking ability and great interpersonal relations
  • Availability for a full time position
