Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  
• Minimum 1 year experience working as SM/PO
  
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a development team as a developer, tester, project or line manager
  
• Stakeholder Management and communication
• Deep understanding of software development processes and procedures
• Knowledge and experience of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks
• Ability to grasp new concepts and systems using own initiative
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent knowledge of English

Desired Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Experience in Jira/Confluence/Azure devops
• Financial Services experience
