Key Elements of the Position:

• Providing state of the art service to customers in line with company and brand values;
• Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories;
• Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
• Building strong professional relation and providing support to customers in project development and execution;
• Directly responsible for organizing and managing team of sales agent for the region of S. America;
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales agents;
• Building and maintaining trust with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities;
• Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors;
• Recommending product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors;
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Position Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior roles;
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience;
• Strong customer orientation, well developed organization, communication and negotiation skills;
• Full PC literacy;
• Good oral and written communication skills – C1-C2 level (advanced-expert) both English and Spanish;.
• Valid driving license;
• Work onsite/domestic and frequent trips abroad.
