Responsibilities:

  • Oversees inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout
  • Oversees and supports the processes regarding company’s expanding
  • Sets up the offices
  • Plans and controls the supplies in the offices
  • Sets and reviews budgets and manages costs
  • Real estate management
  • Cooperates with IT sector on a daily basis
  • Develops project estimates by identifying phases and elements
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information regarding inventory
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Makes sure that organization is running well, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Previous work experience is a plus, but not necessary
