Job Description

  • Performing different Human Resources processes (personnel administration, recruitment, employee development…).
  • Preparing contract of employment and annex to the contract of employment.
  • Updating employees database and personal files.
  • Issuing necessary documents to employees and giving them necessary information.
  • Is involved in different Human Resources processes (recruitment, retention, employee relations and development).
  • Participate in implementation of human resources policies, procedures and programs.
  • Help in implementation of labor law provisions and overcoming obstacles in labor relations
  • Post job vacancies, process job applications, arrange job interviews and inform candidates on the status of their application.


Competencies

  • Profile: preferably lawyer or psychologist;
  • At least one year of experience in Human Resources area;
  • Profound knowledge of labor law;
  • Fluent oral and written English language;
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of people from different ethnic, social and educational backgrounds;
  • Team worker, attentive to needs of other people;
  • Proactive, highly organized, efficient, able to multitask and make priorities very well;
  • Computers: MS Office Package, Internet Communication.
