Head of Maintenance

Job Description:

• Responsible for the maintenance of facilities in the factory;
• Develops maintenance plans and implement them;
  
• Organizes, coordinates and controls the work of individuals and groups who works in the maintenance of the factory (repairs, cleaning, security…);
  
• Managing work and arrangement of equipment, devices and installations within the factory;
  
• Monitoring the work of boilers and steam facility;
  
• Monitoring the system for heating, ventilation and air conditioning;
  
• Monitoring operation of water filters;
  
• Solving problems in incident and emergency maintenance;
  
• Organizing and removing malfunctions and supplying spare parts;
  
• Participates in projects of capital construction (obtaining permits, preparation of necessary documents, selection of contractors and construction);
  
• Cooperate with relevant departments and authorities within its area of operation.
  

Competencies:

• Have completed VI or VII level of education: mechanical / electrical / construction or other technical professions;
  
• At least 3 years of working experience on the industrial maintenance jobs;
  
• Conversational level of English;
  
• Have passed the exam in the field of steam facilities and installations;
  
• The advanced level use of Office software, Internet and electronic communications;
  
• Driving license;
  
• Accurately, responsibly and timely perform their duties;
• Be prepared to high standards of performance, continuous improvement of work and personal development, as well as teamwork.
