Your tasks:

  • You communicate confidently with customers and debtors via telephone, e-mail, chat and letter.
  • You answer requests in a solution-oriented and competent manner.
  • You contribute feedback from customers and debtors in the team and thus support the continuous improvement of our services.


Your profile

  • Excellent knowledge of German is required, knowledge of English language is an advantage.
  • You have already gained experience in telephone customer service.
  • Due to your high service mentality and your constructive and solution-oriented way of communication you will always find the optimal solutions
  • You have a very structured, independent way of working and are highly self-motivated and responsible.
  • You have good knowledge of Word, basic knowledge of Excel is a big plus.
