Job purpose

  • Administrative Manager shall be responsible for supporting operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems. Administrative Manager should manage funds in such a manner as to maximize return on investment while minimizing risk, and while also ensuring that an adequate control structure is in place over the transfer and investment of funds. Further, the administrative manager engages in financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.


Duties and responsibilities

1. Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.

2. Coordination of purchasing and store keeping; administration of files related to purchasing and store keeping

3. Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.

4. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.

5. Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.

6. Disciplining Employees and Motivating Others

7. Managing Data Bases and Filing Documentation

8. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

9. Coordination of all the branches' administration

10. Calculation of monthly payroll and payment of all the staff salaries

11. Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives

12. Maintain banking relationships

13. Manage the preparation of the company's budget

14. Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

15. Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company

16. Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities

17. Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing

18. Compile key business metrics and report on them to management

19. Any other tasks assigned by General Manager or Senior Managers in the organization.

  • Work Tools- The Company shall provide a lap top, internet connection and other work related equipment when necessary or employee may use his/her personal lap top if any
