Project Manager

About The Role

• We are looking for organized and flexible exceptional multitasker and communicator for a position of a Project Manager to be a part of our team based at Belgrade, Serbia (Zemun).
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities

• Managing translation projects resources
• Planning and monitoring projects
• Adjusting resources across multiple projects
• Coordinating multiple projects
• Building relationships with clients
• Intermediating between clients, inhouse proofreaders and freelancers
• Controlling the budget for each project
• Ensuring all deliverables are met and completed on time
• Creating calculation logs for clients and freelancers
• Preparing documents for translation (using Abby Fine Reader)
• Translated/revised text formatting

Requirements

• Last year student of the Faculty of Philology or BA Degree obtained there (English or German preferred)
• Proficient knowledge of both English and Serbian
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly-developed computer skills
• Ability to work in a team
