Our client is a subsidiary of a leading Australian IT service provider. The company specialises in the delivery of managed router and network solutions. They also provide Private Branch Exchange and Voice over Internet Protocol services. The Belgrade office is in the process of expanding and they are looking for a new team member – VOICE ENGINEER.

Voice Engineer

Main responsibilities:

Build, manage and support company’s Voice platform
Assist with the implementation of a highly available soft switch
Build, develop and deploy multi-tenant cloud PBX system
Migration of customers from existing soft switch to a new platform
Develop documentation of existing and future Voice Network

Experience:

Experience in supporting PABX Systems
Knowledge of VoIP services
Experience with Linux OS and Databases (PostgreSQL)
Experience with Sippy, Asterisk, OpenSIPS is a plus
Certification in Voice technologies such as SIP and PBX is an advantage
Verbal and written fluency in English
