Main responsibilities:

  • Helping with development of new recruitment strategies
  • Accomplishing the whole recruitment process (pre-screening, interview and post-interview process)
  • Analyzing qualified candidates and testing their skills
  • Analyzing job profiles and creating job advertisements
  • Using innovate sourcing techniques in communication with candidates – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, E-mail)
  • Day-to-day communication with candidates and clients of the company


The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the field of Recruitment and Selection
  • Fluency in English language, both oral and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Well-organized and team oriented
  • Great communication skills
