.NET Developer Team Lead

Main responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of Software Developers and QA Analysts.
• Monitor and participate in upgrading current products design and implementing optimal changes as needed in order to meet the regulatory compliance requirements.
• Provide product expertise to customers and colleagues.
• Work with QA on software quality testing projects and debugging.
• Hire, manage, mentor and develop the talent within your team.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the design and development of software.
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies / Scrum and XP.
• Strong technical skills in
• Microsoft ASP.NET / MVC
• C#
• LINQ
• Entity Framework
• WCF web services
• REST based services
• MS SQL Server
• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (using one of the following frameworks is a plus: Knockout, React.js, AngularJS, TypeScript)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Serbian.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or similar) or equivalent job experience is required.
