  • Give to customers a professional support by email, skype and phone and advise of the appropriate action
  • Researching, troubleshooting and resolving issues raised by our clients
  • Responding to general inquiries about our software and services
  • Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention
  • Stay current with internal system information, changes and updates

Your Profile

  • Fluent English skills is a must-have (both written and verbal), other languages are advantageous
  • Knowledge of Internet technologies
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable and highly organized
  • Team player with a positive attitude, comprehension and willingness to learn
