Job responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, Skype or email and advise customer of the appropriate action
  • Researching, troubleshooting and resolving issues raised by our clients
  • Responding to general inquiries about our software
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Stay current with internal system information, changes and updates

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English verbal and in writing (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
  • Knowledge of Internet technologies
  • Computer skills and using MS Office applications
  • Must be self-motivated and highly organized
  • Team player with a positive attitude
