Your skills:

• Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
• Minimum high school diploma
• Proficiency in MS Office package and advanced use of Internet
• Ability to multi-task
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring reservations in the company system
• Assigning divers to reservations
• Collecting all necessary information from drivers and updating company systems
• Troubleshooting issues related to reservations
• Following up with drivers to ensure on-time and flawless service
• Monitoring supply and acting accordingly
• Identifying service providers internationally
• Constantly communicating with service providers/drivers and providing accurate information
• Following company procedures
• You must be able to work in shifts, including night and weekend shifts
