We are looking for Office Assistant in an exciting and dynamic environment based in our newly established office in Belgrade (Airport City)


  • Providing administrative support to all sectors in company
  • Coordinating office activities
  • Document management (registration of documents, monitoring of the process of approval, receipt and dispatch of documentation, monitoring of payments)
  • Organizing procurement of office material
  • Preparing documentation for accounting department
  • Maintenance of kitchen and kitchen supplies
  • Coordination of business trips
  • Coordination of other activities related to the management schedule: transport organization, hotel reservation, taxi reservations, catering, restaurant reservation
  • Evidencing assets
  • Courier activities related to Tax Administration, Social Welfare, Health Safety and Employee Documentation
  • Communication with employees and sending information
  • Taking care about the implementation of efficient administrative procedures in the office
  • Additional daily duties per request


  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication
  • PC literate ( Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Meet business deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same or similar work
