A successful international company is looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist for its newly established office in Belgrade (Airport City).


Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and selection process according to the company needs
  • Coordinate and monitor training and probationary periods for newly hired staff
  • Manage employee relations issues
  • Manage employee welfare issues - vacation, sick, short and long term absences
  • Manages employee disciplinary issues
  • Maintain clear and efficient administrative processes for all HR activities
  • Maintain employee files and documentation
  • Assisting management in termination process
  • Provide advice to management in regards to HR policies, labor law and best practices
  • Supporting other HR processes


Requirements

  • Relevant University degree (economy, psychology, law, etc.)
  • 2 years of related working experience in the same or similar position
  • Advanced English knowledge essential (both written and spoken)

  • Result oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Responsible, proactive and hard-working
  • Professional integrity, discretion and good judgment
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in multinational environment would be an asset
