Responsibilities

You'll need to:

  • Participate in establishing new company
  • Develop and implement brand strategy and annual plans according to budget and company needs
  • Sales and brand growth on the Serbian market
  • Build sales team
  • Identify potential clients
  • Ensure a high level of clients satisfaction and quality standards
  • Be actively involved in sales and customer support and consulting
  • Be responsible for the direct sales process


Skills

You will need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Written and spoken English at an advanced level
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Experience in coffee or similar industry
  • Sales experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
  • Result-driven with strong customer orientation
  • Ability to lead processes or projects and business process within finance and sales
  • Experience in financial budgeting and reporting activities
  • Strong ability to create trustful relations
