Responsibilities:

• Closely work with architects, consultants, project and account managers, sales and marketing in order to define needed features of the application
  
• Planning of the software road maps
  
• Creating short-term and long-term plans for the application development team
  
• Assignment of tasks within application development team
  
• Coordination and monitoring of tasks execution
  
• Contribution in definition and execution of agreed software development processes
  
• Reporting of the status of the development plan, project developments and road maps to the board of the company
  
• Monitoring and analysis of technology developments and tools with target to improve software products and process
  
• Collaboration with customers and partners
  
• Representing software development team at customer meetings, project meetings, meetings with partners etc.
  
• Escalation management
