Junior System Administrator

Main responsibilities:

• You will be expected to provide support for windows server / desktops administration. You will also work with systems and networks to ensure efficient and optimal operation of our environment and get involved in recommending & implementing corrective solutions
• Operating System, Monitoring Support
• Creation and upkeeping of Client and internal documentation
• Customer service oriented with strong oral, verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications required:

• University level education in computer science (or similar discipline) and/or comparable experience with a minimum of 3 years configuring and maintaining IT infrastructures

Required Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems: Windows server 2012R2 / 2016. Additional OS nice to have
• Experience with cloud deployed infrastructures (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
• Experience with Virtualization frameworks (VMWare, Hyper-V)
• Experience with Office 365 and hybrid Exchange +Skype for Businessenvironments (monitoring)
• Experience with AD maintaining (User administration, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP etc.)
• Basic knowledge of network routers and switches (Cisco), static and dynamic routing, NAT, network traffic analysis
• Monitoring and deployment tools (PRTG, SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix, etc.)
• Some experience with monitoring and deployment tools (SCCM)

Additional desired skills:

• Some experience with ITILv3 standards
• Some Experience with ServiceNow, OTRS and similar ITSM tools
