Department: Marketing, Communication and Business Development, based in Serbia (Belgrade)


Position

Reporting to our Marketing Team Leader and working closely with the Head of Sales for the APAC region, you will contribute to our business development by creating a selective but dense marketing plan for the APAC region combining third-party, hosted events and other marketing activities, with a view to create memorable events and generate leads for the business.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Learning about eFront’s market (Alternative Investments and Private Equity in particular) and products in order to understand our clients and prospects’ environment and solutions needs
  • Building and maintaining a marketing plan for the APAC region
  • Establishing a close working relationship and trust with the Head of Sales for the APAC region, based in Singapore, having weekly marketing activity reviews with him
  • Proposing impactful and relevant marketing events and activities to increase our visibility and generate interest from prospects
  • Making trade-offs between events to maximize ROI
  • Managing the allocated marketing budget for the region
  • Practically organizing each event, following a strict retro-planning and checklist, to make sure it all goes smoothly
  • Organizing remotely every single practical detail of each event (hotel, catering, goodies, audio-video, badges…)
  • Potentially traveling locally to directly organize some events
  • Coordinating with the rest of the marketing and business development team to implement each event/ activity (e.g., for emailing, social media posts, website news…)
  • Securing the highest possible attendance to events by defining the most suited target list of invitees and following-up to ensure interest and presence
  • Analyzing the impact of each event/ activity (presence, satisfaction, leads generated)
  • Making proposals to improve/ enhance each event, in the APAC region and globally
  • In particular, organizing our local client conference in the APAC region, coordinating with Marketing Business Partners for EMEA and NA


Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in organizing high-quality marketing events of various sizes and kinds (some examples of achievements will be requested)
  • Significant exposure to the APAC region, across multiple countries, is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of a local language in the APAC region is a plus (e.g., Japanese, Chinese, Malaysian)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & active listening skills
  • Perfect fluency in English is required
