IT security Project Coordinator

Belgrade (6 months project duration)

Position

Essential duties:

• Project and program management for Projects in Security operations within eFront
• Effectively manage four key components of all projects:
• Scope
• Resources
• Time
• Budget

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Management and Leadership skills:
• Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members
• Inspire teamwork approach, ownership and urgency
• Keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your employees

Organizational skills:

• Identify target milestones and create detailed project plans
• Create clear weekly reports representing reality and escalate if stakeholder’ expectations are not in line with project realities
• Identify project issues and escalate when appropriate in very clear manner
• Monitor project execution to plan and delivery to commitments
• Assist during deployments and ensure all supporting documentation exist (release notes, packages, QA sing Offs, etc.)
• Facilitate relationships within the project with clients, team members and stakeholders

Project Control:

• Conduct project meetings and collaborate with project team members to build consensus on challenging issues
• Monitor and control projects by actively identifying, tracking, managing, mitigating and resolving project issues and risks
• Partner with Product, Development and QA Management for products delivery and improvements to process

Time Management:

• Working with employees, customers and management - often dealing with conflicting priorities

Budgeting:

• You are expected to keep and maintain a project budget and report any deviations that occur
• To be confident in using math skills in order to report accurate spending and ability to classify / capitalized all capital expenditure

Analytical Skills:

• Begin able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day

Required skills and experience:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in software delivery project / program / portfolio management
• Strong time management, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Strong team player with equally strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working for a provider of financial technology strongly preferred
• Experience working with international teams spanning over multiple regions / time zones

Aditional skills/experience appreciated:

• Experience in managing Cybersecurity projects
• PMP certification
