Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients, respond to, investigate and resolve client queries
  • Carry out requests and requirements from clients
  • Deploy updates and perform maintenance of software applications
  • Incident and problem management
  • Monitor all environments and resolve or escalate any issues highlighted by monitoring system alerts or reported by clients
  • Follow an escalation chain and ensure that requests and queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Respond to trade and price investigations


Requirements

  • Over 2 years of professional experience in Technical Support
  • Good understanding of Windows Server OS and LAN and WAN networks
  • Skilled with log analysis and application troubleshooting tools
  • Experience with basic SQL queries and Linux commands
  • Knowledge of ITIL, JIRA and Confluence is a plus
  • Understanding of the Forex industry is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
