Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients, respond to, investigate and resolve client queries
- Carry out requests and requirements from clients
- Deploy updates and perform maintenance of software applications
- Incident and problem management
- Monitor all environments and resolve or escalate any issues highlighted by monitoring system alerts or reported by clients
- Follow an escalation chain and ensure that requests and queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Respond to trade and price investigations
Requirements
- Over 2 years of professional experience in Technical Support
- Good understanding of Windows Server OS and LAN and WAN networks
- Skilled with log analysis and application troubleshooting tools
- Experience with basic SQL queries and Linux commands
- Knowledge of ITIL, JIRA and Confluence is a plus
- Understanding of the Forex industry is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of English language
