Telecommunications/Towers Engineering Manager

DE is seeking an Engineering Manager to develop, lead, and manage its growing team to structural engineers and AutoCAd detailers.

He / she will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the team, ensuring completion of projects in an efficient manner, while ensuring the industry safety guidelines and standards are being followed.

Education & Training:

Experience:

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience and knowledge with Advanced Steel or AutoCad
  
• Have proven experience as a team leader
  
• Experience in design of steel towers for telecommunications and broadcast
  
• Experience in steel and concrete design
  

Skills & Abilities:

The successful candidate will:

• Be fluent in both Serbian and English
  
• Be energetic and driven towards building and maintaining a high performing team
  
• Have the ability to lead, coach and motivate staff in a team setting
  
• Have the ability to manage a team of talented engineering team members and foster strong working relationships
  
• Have effective conflict resolution, consensus-building and interpersonal skills
